The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: "(a) Issue a writ/direction in the nature of mandamus by directing, the respondents to conduct the post mortem examination of the deceased sister of the Petitioner in any hospital other than Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Mangolpuri, Delhi and/or;

(b) To constitute a committee of doctors which will carry out the Post Mortem of the deceased without any delay under the supervision of the hon'ble court."

Issue notice. Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State accepts notice and, on instructions from the IO, submits that the State has no objection in case this court constitutes a Medical Board in any of the government hospitals for conducting the post-mortem of the deceased.

In view of the above, the Medical Superintendent, Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi is directed to constitute a Medical Board to conduct the post-mortem of the deceased and the same should be done expeditiously. The IO may take necessary steps in this regard. 6.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of. 7.
