4. By way of the present petition, the petitioner, who is the applicant in O.A.958/2020 has approached this Court seeking a direction to the learned Central Administrative Tribunal for expeditious disposal of his O.A.

record shows that on many occasions the matter was adjourned at the request of the petitioner himself.

In these circumstances, even though we are unable to accept the petitioner's plea that the matter is being adjourned by the learned Tribunal only at the request of the respondents, we are of the view that taking into account the order passed by this Court on 03.03.2023 the O.A. should be decided expeditiously.

7. The writ petition along with the pending application is, accordingly, disposed of by requesting the learned Tribunal to make an endeavour to decide O.A.958/2020 on an early date and if possible take up the same for disposal on 09.02.2024, the next date fixed in the matter.
