Apropos to the last order, Status Report has been filed by the jail authorities wherein hand written punishment ticket dated 16.05.2025 has been mentioned, the relevant portion whereof reads as under:- "Heard in presence of DS Rishi and AS Brijmohan and perused his reply.

The inmate is hereby warned not to repeat such act in future"

As evident therefrom, since there is no punishment to the petitioner by the jail authorities, there is hardly anything to take into consideration in the present petition.

As such, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case any order is on account of the said punishment ticket dated 16.05.2025 by the jail authorities.
