By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR bearing no. 609/2022, registered at Police Station New Ashok Nagar, North East, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 307/3232/341/452/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, (hereafter 'IPC') and Sections 3(1)(s)/3(1)(u)/3(2)(v)/3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. (hereafter 'SC/ST Act'). 2.

In the present case, the applicant was granted interim protection by this Court vide order dated 09.01.2023.

Investigating Officer (IO), informs the Court that the applicant had joined investigation and is not required for any further custodial interrogation. 4.

It is also stated that the charge-sheet has been filed against the coaccused persons. Moreover, the only reason as to why the charge-sheet could not be filed against the present applicant is that his anticipatory bail application has been pending before this Court. 5.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the applicant was granted interim protection on 09.01.2023 and he has not misused the liberty of interim protection granted to him, the order dated 09.01.2023, granting interim protection to the applicant herein, is made absolute. In event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/I.O concerned on the following terms and conditions:

i) The applicant shall join investigation, as and when called by the concerned IO/SHO and shall remain available on mobile numbers; shared by him with the Police.

ii) The applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned court.

iii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make an attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner.

iv) In case of change of residential address/contact details, the applicant shall promptly inform the same to the concerned court as well I.O/SHO.
