Today, Ms. Yogita Sunaria, Advocate enters appearance on behalf of the Rohini Ashram. Mr. Amol Kokane, the previous counsel, has no objection to the new Advocate entering appearance on behalf of the Rohini Ashram. Accordingly, she is permitted to file her Vakalatnama and represent the Rohini Ashram in each of these petitions. The Vakalatnama of Mr. Amol Kokane is discharged.

In pursuance to the last order, Mr. Amol Kokane, Respondent No. 4 in W.P.(CRL) 221/2024 is personally present. He prays for and is permitted to file a detailed affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing.

The parents of Ms. Sanskriti Sharma and Dr. Santosh Rupa are permitted to stay in the Ashram with their daughters for one more week. 4.

The GNCTD in W.P.(C) 11382/2017 is permitted to file a fresh status report before the next date of hearing.

The interim orders passed on 31st January, 2024 in these petitions shall continue.
