% 20.11.2017 The learned counsel for the respondents has today placed on record a communication dated 29.07.2017 received from the petitioner where a proposal for one time settlement against the outstanding dues given by the respondents has been accepted by the petitioner. The said communication dated 29.07.2017 is taken on record. The Registry may scan the same and place it on record. In view of the settlement between the parties binding the parties to the settlement, the present petition is disposed of. In case, there is a default by the respondents, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take all steps for recovery of dues against the respondents including the revival of this petition if it is necessary. Petition stands disposed of.
