This is a petition seeking protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from respondent Nos. 3 to 6 and any other relatives. 2.

Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are married and are happily living together. 3.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the family members of petitioner No. 1 are unhappy with the marriage of the petitioners. Hence, they are threatening the matrimonial bliss of petitioners. For the said reasons, the present petition seeking protection against the threats and actions of respondent Nos. 3 to 6 has been filed. 4.

Nos. 1 and 2 and states that it is the duty of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to ensure protection of life and liberty of every citizen of India and the petitioners are no exception.

She further states that the mobile number of the petitioners may be shared with the IO SI Gajal Chugh, PS Krishna Nagar, who is present in Court, and any call made by the petitioners to either IO or the SHO shall be promptly attended and appropriate action will be taken immediately. 6.

The number of IO has been shared with the learned counsel for the petitioners appearing today and the mobile number of the petitioners have also been given to the IO.

In addition, the IO shall ensure that the Beat Officer of the area is informed about the apprehensions of the petitioners, who shall take appropriate precautionary steps in this regard. 8.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 states that they visited the address mentioned by the petitioners but the petitioners are not residing at the said address.

Mr. Mathur, learned counsel for the petitioners states that on account of continuing apprehensions of danger, the petitioner's have temporarily moved but the address given in the petition is the permanent address of the petitioners.

With these directions and binding the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to the same, the petition is disposed of.
