Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Respondents to issue a No Objection Certificate in favour of the Petitioner for the purpose of change in the shareholding structure of the Petitioner/Company.

It is stated that vide letter dated 22.09.2023, the Petitioner has intimated the Respondents regarding the change of shareholding pattern of the Petitioner/Company and had sought for a No Objection Certificate. It is stated that a follow-up communication dated 27.11.2023 has also been sent to the Respondent but there is no response from the Respondent. 3.

The Respondent is directed to consider the letters dated 22.09.2023 and 27.11.2023 of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within four weeks from today.
