Ms. Garg, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the transfer certificate is granted by the respondent No. 1, therefore, she does not press the present petitions and states that they have become infructuous.

However, there is an undertaking given by the petitioners stating that in case enhanced fee is found due and payable to the respondent school, the same shall be paid.

A petition urging similar issue is pending adjudication before a Coordinate Bench and the judgment has been reserved in that matter. 4.
Ms. Garg, learned counsel states that in case the coordinate bench in a connected matter decides that the respondent school is entitled to enhanced fee, the petitioner shall pay the same. 5.
An affidavit in this regard be filed within 2 weeks from today with a copy to the learned counsel for the respondent school. 6.
