The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking issuance of direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-05, North, Rohini Court, Delhi to dispose of the Complaint Case no. 5194/2018 in a time bound manner. 4.
