The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to:
A) Direct the Respondent No. 1 To 4 to take action against Respondent No. 5 To 7 causing harassment and physical abuse to Petitioner and also Restraining them not to causing any further repeated and unsolicited harassment and interference to Petitioner and his family; B) Also direct the respondent no. 2 to pass the Protection Order for the protection and safety of the Petitioner and his family." 2.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, who appears on advance notice, submits that with respect to the complaint of the present petitioner to the SDM dated 07.11.2023, the latter has issued appropriate letter to the concerned SHO and in pursuance of the same appropriate The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
