This petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 1 to adjudicate the statutory petition dated 17.02.2025 (Annexure- P-1) submitted by the Petitioner in a time bound manner; and (ii) That the Hon'ble Court may kindly grant adequate costs to the Petitioner, and;

(iii) Pass such other or further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Though, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents seeks time to take instructions, we are of the view as a limited prayer is made in the writ petition, we dispose of the same by directing the Director General ITBP to decide the representation which is annexed as Annexure P-1 and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner within twelve weeks from today.
