This petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Respondents to supply entire records & final orders of Court of Inquiry conducted at 39th battalion on the complaint of corruption in detailed medical examination of recruitment of Sub-Inspector in Delhi police & CAPFs-2018; in a time bound manner; and/or (ii) Award costs of litigation in favour of the Petitioner, and/or (iii) Pass such other or further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Mr. Chetan Jadon, learned counsel for the respondents appearing on behalf of Mr. Sharang Dhulia, learned Central Government Standing Counsel (CGSC) states, as per his instructions, the ITBP has received a representation from the petitioner with an identical prayer. 4.
He states that the said representation shall be considered and disposed of within four weeks from today. The said submission is taken on record, the petition is disposed of.
