Learned Senior Counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and submits that the notice in question i.e. notice dated 17.12.2024 has already been withdrawn though they reserve their right to re-issue the same, subject to the directions of the Court/Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has received a communication to the above said effect. He submits that, therefore, at the moment, he does not press the contempt petition. He, however, also supplements that he would reserve his right to make appropriate request before the learned Arbitral Tribunal seeking cost for the manner in which the above said notice was issued despite there being a specific restraint order, which eventually compelled the petitioner to file the present petition.

Petition stands disposed of as not pressed. All the rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
