O R D E R

The present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following reliefs:

"i.

Issue a writ of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ/ orders/ directions to the Respondents to transfer further inquiry/ investigation of FIR bearing No.

210/2020 dated 21.09.2020 U/s 323/342/376/354/450/454/ 506/509/34 I.P.C. and FIR No. 73/ 2021 dated 20.04.2021 U/sec.323/354 IPC, both FIR's registered at PS: Rajinder Nagar, to Crime branch, Delhi, as deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court for fair and proper inquiry/ investigation, in a time bound manner and/or to any other independent agency so that fair and impartial inquiry/ investigation can be secured; ii.

Pass appropriate directions to Commissioner of Police, Delhi for getting acts/commissions/omissions on the part of delinquent Police Personnel responsible for biased, dishonest, unjust investigation contrary to law and to take appropriate legal/departmental action against them.

iii.

Pass appropriate directions to Commissioner of Police, Delhi to register an FIR on the complaint 27.09.2022 regarding forgery and misuse of signatures and Aadhar Card of petitioner and other The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. documents including U/s. 166A IPC.

To pass direction to direct immediate arrest of all the offenders. v.

Grant of financial relief and benefits to the victim under financial assistance and support to survivor of rape."

The Court is apprised that investigations in both the aforementioned FIRs have been completed, and chargesheets have been filed. In fact, the prosecution evidence has been concluded, and the matters are scheduled for hearing on 14th August, 2025 for recording the accused persons' statements under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 3.

In light of the above, no directions are required to be issued. In case the Petitioner remains aggrieved by the outcome of the proceedings emanating from the aforesaid FIRs, she shall be free to take recourse to appropriate remedies, in accordance with law. 4.

Dismissed.
