2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that an application filed under Diary No. 9659/2019 dated 15th July, 2019 under Section 19(25) of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 has still not been disposed of by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I („DRT‟).

3. By the said application, directions have been sought from the DRT-I in context of alleged disobedience by Respondents 2 to 6 herein of an order dated 1st April, 2019 passed by the DRT-I. The Court requests DRT-I to dispose of the said application not later than 21st January, 2020.

4. The writ petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be delivered to the DRT-I, through a Special Messenger.
