WP(C) 85/2015 & CM 134/2015 We are informed by Mr Sanjay Jain, the learned ASG, that the commercial (price bids) of all the bidders have been opened and the petitioner, on examination of price bid after the conduct of reverse auction, is found to be L-1. Therefore, the contract could be awarded to L-1.

Consequently, we vacate the interim order and permit the respondents to award the contract to the petitioner, who is L-1 bidder. No further steps are necessary in this writ petition and we are disposing of the writ petition as such. We make it clear that

we have not expressed any opinion on any of the issues raised by the petitioner or the respondents.
