The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "In view of the above facts and circumstances mentioned above and in the interest of justice, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:
A. Pass an order setting aside the order dated 23.12.2023 passed by the Ld. ASJ, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in Bail Application No. 1983 of 2023 in relation to FIR No. 0135/ 2018 dated 17.05.2018 registered by PS: Crime Branch, Sunlight Colony, New Delhi; AND B. Pass an order granting interim bail to the Petitioner in light of his serious medical condition that requires immediate medical treatment of his choice; AND/ OR C. Pass any other order (s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the present case."
