There has been no compliance with the order passed by this court. 2.
I am informed that this lapse occurred as all SDMs were deployed in North-East District on account of riots which occurred in the said district. 3.
Mr. Khem Chand Sharma i.e. Kanoongo is present in court. He says that the compliance with the order of this court will be made before the next date of hearing.

If any inputs are required from the Economic Offences Wing, the SDM will be free to obtain the same from the said authority. 5.
