Learned Counsel for the Petitioner requests one week's additional time to comply with the judgment dated 24.01.2025 and file the Affidavit by way of an Undertaking.

In the event that the directions are not complied with by the Petitioner within the extended period, the Respondent is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law as is set out in paragraph 8 and 9 of the judgment dated 24.01.2025.
