% 05.01.2016 Crl. M.A. No.77/2016 (Exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

BAIL APPLN. 14/2016 Vide instant petition under Section 438 of the Cr P C, petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.997/2015 registered at police station Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi for the offences punishable under Section 370 of the IPC read with Sections 23/26 of the Juvenile Justice Act.

Admittedly, for the above mentioned relief, petitioner had earlier filed Bail Application No.2102/2015 in this Court, which was dismissed vide order dated 05.10.2015. There is no change of circumstances since then and the petitioner has already filed an BAIL APPLN. 14/2016

application to surrender before learned Trial Court which is coming up for hearing on 08.01.2016.
