By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioners seek issuance of a Writ, order, or direction the respondent for supplying the petitioners with a copy of FIR No. 704/2025, PS.: Bindapur, New Delhi.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition.
