By this petition the petitioners seek protection as they have performed marriage without the consent of respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 2.

Petitioner No.1 is a minor at the moment and will turn major on 25th April, 2018. A writ of habeas corpus being W.P. (Crl.) No. 1047/2018 was filed by respondent No.3 before the Division Bench of this Court where parties have appeared today and the Hon'ble Division Bench has held that Aarti Nishad being a minor will be shifted to the Children's Home, Nirmal Chhaya Complex till 25th April, 2018 as informed by learned counsel for the petitioners.

Considering that the marriage between the petitioners is not with the consent of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and there is a hostile atmosphere, SHO, PS Rajouri Garden, New Delhi is directed to ensure the protection of the petitioners through beat staff and in case any specific complaint is received, action thereon will be taken in accordance with law. 4.

Above-noted protection to petitioner No.2 would not in any way affect the investigation in case FIR No. 732/2017 under Section 363 IPC registered at PS Rajouri Garden, New Delhi.

Petition and application are disposed of.
