The parties were referred to mediation by an order dated 20.02.2024 and have entered into a settlement agreement dated 06.03.2024. Learned counsel for the parties request that the enforcement proceedings may be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 06.03.2024. They state that their clients undertake to abide by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 06.03.2024. The enforcement proceedings are disposed of, binding the parties to the aforesaid settlement agreement.

At the request of learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that no copy of the settlement agreement dated 06.03.2024 be issued to any third party without the leave of the Court. The copy of the settlement agreement may also be deleted from the PDF files in the electronic record of the Court, in the event a copy of the PDF record is made available to any third party.
