The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR bearing no. RC SI 2018 S0001, under Sections 420/468/471/120B of the IPC registered with Police Station CBI, SC.I, New Delhi.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent (CBI) states that a chargesheet has already been filed.

In view of the above statement, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned Court.

The petition and the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
