O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 540/2019 This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the Award by a period of six months effective from November 10, 2019. Noting the contents of the petition and the learned counsel for the respondent has given his consent, the time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the Award is extended by a period of six months effective from November 10, 2019.

The petition stands disposed of.
