Rakesh Bhardwaj" and the proceedings in the Criminal Execution Petitions arising therefrom bearing Ex. Crl/148/2020, Ex. Crl/2/2022 & Ex. Crl/278/2022 all titled as "Shamidha Sharma & Ors Vs. Rakesh Bhardwaj", and all pending before the court of Ms. Sana Khan, Ld. MM, South, Saket Courts, Delhi to be transferred to the court of Ld.
