The present appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 seeks to assail the interim order dated 04.01.2025 passed by the learned Family Court-02, South District, Saket Court in G.P. Case No.64/2024. 4.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the matter is already listed before the learned Family Court on 01.03.2025 and directions under the impugned order are only by way of an interim arrangement, he has instructions not to press the present appeal. He, however, informs the Court that though in the appeal, it has been stated that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the appellant is residing in Jharkhand, he has now already shifted to Noida, U.P.
