The present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, seeking to set aside the Order dated 15.12.2025, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-02, South District, New Delhi, ('impugned order') in HMA No. 1845/2022 titled as 'Yashodhar Sharma v. Prakriti Sharma', whereby the learned Family Court has refused to take on record the rejoinder filed by the appellant.

In conspectus of the facts and circumstances and keeping in view that the delay in filing the rejoinder is only of a day, the present appeal is allowed and the impugned order is set aside to the extent it refuses to take on the record the rejoinder filed by the appellant. 8.
Consequently, the rejoinder filed by the appellant, before the learned Family Court, be accepted and taken on record. 9.
The present appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
