In view of the fact that the Petitioner has already filed an appeal against the Order dated 28.11.2023, which is also challenged in the instant writ petition and the appeal against the said order is pending and fixed for hearing on 07.03.2024, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this juncture.

Confronted with this, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach this Court in case the electricity and water connection is cut off by the Respondents.
