The present petition has been filed in respect of alleged unauthorized construction being carried out on a land ad-measuring 250 sq. yards, out of a total land comprising of 1073 sq. yards in Khasra No.40/82, 40/9 situated at Village Karawal Nagar, Gali No.5, Main Road, Karawal Nagar Extension, Ilaqa Shahdara, Delhi-110094.

admeasuring 1073 sq. yards. A complaint dated 06.12.2023 is stated to have been made by the petitioner to the Dy. Commissioner, MCD, as also to the SHO, PS Karawal Nagar, highlighting the alleged unauthorized construction and requesting that requisite action be taken. However, the complaint remained unheeded.

Learned counsel, as aforesaid, appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.1. He submits that the property in question is being inspected today itself and requisite action qua any unauthorized construction shall be taken forthwith. The said statement is taken on record. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is accordingly, disposed of.
