The Petition under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner which is supported by the affidavit of both the parties wherein it is stated that the FIR No.464/2016 dated 06.08.2016 under Section 3(1)(r)(s)(u)(v) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, at P.S. Sultan Puri, Delhi has been amicably settled vide Settlement Deed dated 07.01.2025, copy of which has been annexed on record. The Statement of the Parties has been recorded by the learned Joint Registrar.

The Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are present through VC who endorse the terms of the Settlement and the Respondent No.2 submits that it is an old case of 2016 and he is not interested in pursuing the same and has no objection to the quashing of the FIR. further undertakes that he shall deposit Rs.50,000/- in Delhi High Court Advocates Welfare Trust.

In view of the submissions made, the FIR and the proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed in terms of the Settlement. 4.

On the submission of Respondent No.2, he is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- in Delhi High Court Advocates Welfare Trust. The Petitioner herein is also directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- in Delhi High Court Advocates Welfare Trust .

Petition is disposed of.
