The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at this stage, he does not seek any relief from this Court since the proceedings initiated by the respondent under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 ('DV Act') have already been dismissed.

He submits that the impugned order which is a subject matter of the present proceedings was passed in the proceedings under the DV Act and since the proceedings have already been dismissed, the order of interim maintenance also does not survive.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file afresh in case the proceedings are revived at any stage by the respondent.
4.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
