The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) submits that the directions to institute a formal enquiry somehow has not been complied with. She under instructions of Mr. Abhay, Patwari, DDA, states that somehow said direction has been overlooked. She assures this Court that the enquiry would be instituted in compliance of the order dated 20.12.2018, within a period of eight weeks from the date and will be concluded within a time bound manner as expeditiously as possible. The respondent/DDA is bound down to this statement. 2.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this application. The applicant is at liberty to approach this Court, if the orders are not complied with and take necessary steps as are warranted in the case of wilful non-compliance of the orders of this Court.
