This is a petition seeking extension of interim bail granted to the petitioner on 11.12.2024 for a further period of two months in FIR No. 965/2022, under Sections 307/302 of IPC, registered at Police Station - Nihal Vihar.

It is stated by Mr Dalal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is undergoing medical treatment for which interim bail on medical ground was granted on 11.12.2024. Ms Dalal, learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 7.

For the said reasons, the interim order dated 11.12.2024 stand extended for another period of four weeks from today, on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 11.12.2024. 8.

In case the petitioner is not able to treat his sugar levels and get the surgery completed on 20.01.2025, the petitioner shall surrender after the extended expiry of four weeks.

In case on verification, the document is found to be incorrect or misleading, the respondent is at liberty file an application seeking cancellation of the order passed today.
