The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a) issue appropriate directions to the Ld. Trial Court of Ld. ASJ (Spl. FTC) North-West, Rohini Courts, Delhi in SC No. 319/2022 FIR No. 249/18 PS: South Rohini titled as "State Vs Mohit Rajpal" to conclude the trial expeditiously;

b) pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."
