The present petition under Section under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. "i. allow the present writ petition and issue the direction to the respondent No.l to ensure protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of the respondents No.2 to 4 as well as their other associates;

ii. direct the respondents No.2 to 4 as well as their other associates not to indulge in any kind of further violation against the petitioners and not to disturb the peaceful life of the petitioners; iii. any other order(s), which this Hon‟ble court may deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case be also passed in favour of the petitioners and against the respondents, in the interest of justice."

respondents no. 2 to 4 are present in Court and have been correctly identified by the Investigating Officer as well the petitioners, who are present in Court today.

The Court has interacted with respondent no. 2, who is father of petitioner no. 1. During interaction, respondent no. 2 submits that they accept the marriage of petitioners no. 1 and 2 and will not interfere in their matrimonial life.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with a prayer that the directions issued vide order dated 09.01.2024 may be continued. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 7.

Needless to state that the directions contained in order dated 09.01.2024 shall continue and respondents no. 2 to 4 shall be bound by the statements made before this Court.
