The appellant herein filed Contempt Case (C) No.789/2011 to punish the respondent herein for the alleged violation of the settlement orders dated 15.12.2009, 17.12.2009, 28.10.2009 and 28.10.2010 passed in different proceedings by different Courts in Delhi.

The said contempt case was disposed of by this Court by order dated 28.01.2013 which on the face of it is a consent order.

Thereafter, the appellant filed an application seeking certain further reliefs. The said application was dismissed by the learned Single Judge by order dated 03.12.2014 and aggrieved by the same, the present appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent. 2.

Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, we do not find any justifiable reason to interfere with the order under appeal. By separate orders passed on 28.01.2013 Contempt Case (C) No.789/2011 filed by the appellant and Contempt Case No.293/2011 filed by the respondent herein were disposed of by this Court recording the mutually agreed terms and

conditions between the parties. As such Contempt Case (C) No.789/2011 cannot be reopened by filing a miscellaneous application seeking further directions. The learned Single Judge was therefore justified in dismissing the application.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed leaving it open to the appellant to work out the other remedies available under law for redressal her grievances, if any.
