1. The originals of the two representations filed by the Petitioner in Hindi, dated „nil‟ and 24th October, 2019 respectively, as well as their translated versions, have been provided to the counsel for the Respondents.

2. The Respondents are directed to treat the representations made by the Petitioner as having been made by him in terms of the procedure that is required to be followed by him, and to decide the said representations within a period of eight weeks. The decision thereon will be intimated to the Petitioner within a further period of four weeks thereafter. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, it will be open to him to seek appropriate remedies.
