O R D E R

% 17.02.2020 The directions in the matter were indicated to have been issued to the applicants to join the investigation; not to leave the area of NCR; co-operate in the investigation and to commit no offence whatsoever and subject to adherence to the above conditions, no coercive action was directed to be taken against the petitioners till 16.02.2020. The date of 16.01.2020 being Sunday, the matters are taken up today.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that the applicants have joined the investigation and all requisite documents have already been recovered from the petitioners. It is further submitted on behalf of the State that the petitioners are not required for any custodial interrogation.

In these circumstances, the applicants in the event of arrest, are allowed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- each with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the direction that they shall not leave the country without permission of the Trial Court. The bail applications are disposed of.
