By way of these applications under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek regular bail in connection with FIR No. 596/2025, dated 27.07.2025, lodged at Police Station Mukherjee Nagar, under Sections 311/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

At the outset, Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the proceedings are pending at the stage of arguments on charge, and is next listed on 15.04.2026. 3.
After some arguments, Mr. Pradeep Gahalot, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this application, without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the petitioners before the appropriate forum at the appropriate stage. Mr. Gahalot, however, submits that the proceedings have been adjourned repeatedly before the Sessions Court, and therefore seeks directions for expedition of proceedings, including recording of the statement of the complainant. 4.
Having regard to the aforesaid, the Sessions Court is requested to expedite the proceedings, to the extent possible in accordance with its Board and age of the matters before it. The complainant is present in person, and assures the court that he will not seek any unnecessary adjournment, and will co-operate in this process. Mr. Chauhan also makes a similar assurance.

The applications are dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the aforesaid.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the matters, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
