% 16.01.2026 1.
The present petition assails order dated 26.12.2025 passed by the learned ASJ 04, Central District, Tis Hazri Courts, Delhi/Revisional Court in Crl Rev no. 638/2025 and seeks that directions be issued to the learned Revisional Court to take up and dispose expeditiously the application being I.A no. 1/2025 filed in the Revision Petition. Lastly, directions to the learned Revisional Court are also sought to adjudicate the Revision Petition in a time bound manner.
2.
Arguments heard.
3.
A perusal of the impugned order dated 26.12.2025 reveals that the learned ASJ has only observed that the submission by the petitioners that the controversy may be cut short by expediting the hearing of the revision petition was also raised before this Court and recorded in its order dated 16.12.2025, despite which, this Court chose not to issue directions to this extent.
4.
The learned ASJ also observed that this Court, vide its order dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 19/01/2026 at 12:12:27
16.12.2025, directed the learned ACJM to hear and decide expeditiously the application before it under Section 452(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, listing the same on 22.12.2025.
5.
The petitioners seek to persuade this Court that the impugned order has barred the revisional court from exercising the jurisdiction vested within it.
6.
However, a plain reading of the impugned order reveals the overwhelming lack of substance to this submission. 7.
All that the learned ASJ has noted is that the prayer for expediting the final hearing of the revision petition was also made before this Court, despite which, no such directions were issued. Owing to the same, the learned ASJ refused to issue directions to expedite the same on identical submissions which were also made before this Court and recorded in our order dated 16.12.2025.
8.
No infirmity is made out in the impugned order which could warrant the exercise of this Court's inherent powers under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
9.
That being said, it is clarified that there is no bar upon the learned Revisional Court to take up I.A. no. 1/2025 filed in Crl. Rev. no. 638/2025 and decide the same on its own merits, in turn, without being influenced by the observations in the present order.
10.
Accordingly, the petition, along with pending application(s), if any, is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
