2. The medical record reveals that the Petitioner has already been examined twice. He was initially examined on 23rd October, 2019, and was found unfit on two grounds, namely, "Wax (B/L) Ears" and "Varicocele".

3. The Petitioner underwent a review medical examination on 11th November, 2019 wherein he was examined by a Specialist and continued to be found unfit for "Varicocele".

4. In that view of the matter, the Court is not persuaded that any relief can be granted to the Petitioner.

5. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
