% 07.08.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of the judgment passed by this Court in Crl.M.C.6466/2018 titled as Ms. Shashi Adlakha vs. Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd., reported in 2019 SCC OnLine DEL 7160, he may be allowed to withdraw the petitions with the liberty to the petitioners to contest the matters and put up their defence before the Trial Court in accordance with law. Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
