The Registry has placed the present case before this court by way of transfer petition along with order dated 23.12.2024 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

A perusal of the aforesaid order shows that one of the accused in the present case is Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa, who is a former MLA. The learned Trial Court had, therefore, observed that the cases pertaining to MPs/MLAs are being dealt with by the court at Rouse Avenue Courts, therefore, it needs to be transferred to the said court.

Accordingly, the matter has been placed before this court for inter-district transfer of the case.

In view of the above, the case arising out of FIR No.49/2013 be transferred to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Rouse Avenue The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
