This order is being passed in continuation of the order dated 13.01.2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that Applicant has duly joined the investigation on 15.01.2025 and 16.01.2025 and has furnished all information required by the Investigating Officer (I.O.) as on date.
2.1.
He states that the Applicant is ready and willing to cooperate with the investigation.
2.2.
He states that the Applicant had invested Rs. 1.15 crores with the accused company and had only earned commission of Rs. 72 lakhs. He submits that therefore the Applicant himself has suffered losses in this transaction and is a victim himself.

Mr. Laksh Khanna, learned APP states on instructions from the I.O. that the Applicant has joined the investigation and for the moment no further investigation is required from the Applicant. 3.1.
He states that however, since some of the accused persons are absconding, the Applicant will be required to join investigation for confrontation with the said accused persons or if any other materials come to the attention of I.O. He states that presently the I.O. is aware that there are approximately 489 investors who have been roped into the multilevel marketing scheme of the accused company M/s Vedic Ayurcare Health and Retail Pvt. Ltd and the other accused company Axis E-Corp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He states that at this stage role of the Petitioner is still under scrutiny. 4.
In light of the aforenoted submissions of the parties, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Applicant is entitled to anticipatory bail in FIR No. 57/2023 dated 17.07.2023 registered at P.S. Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Delhi for offences under Section 409/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Consequently, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the Applicant be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition: - i.
The Applicant shall cooperate and join the investigation as and when directed;
ii.
The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case; iii.
The Applicant shall provide his mobile number(s) to the I.O.; iv.
In case of change of residential address and/or mobile number, the Applicant shall intimate the same to the I.O. by way of an affidavit. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.

It is made clear that this Court has not dealt with the merits of the case and has restricted itself to the question of whether anticipatory bail can be granted to the Applicant or not. The observations made hereinabove shall nowhere affect the merits of the case during trial. 7.
