% 12.12.2019 Vide this petition, request for transfer of case SC No. 2203/2016 pertaining to FIR No. 132/2012, under Sections 392/394/397/412/34 IPC, registered at police station Sangam Vihar, Delhi pending before the court of learned Dr. Neera Bharihoke, Additional Sessions Judge, District South-East, Saket, New Delhi, to a court of competent jurisdiction is sought on the ground that the said court has been instituted as a special court for POCSO cases.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that the said court has been instituted as a special court for POCSO cases and that cases pertaining to police station Sangam Vihar fall within the jurisdiction of District South and, therefore, this case be transferred to some court of competent jurisdiction in District South, Saket Courts, New Delhi. Heard.

In view of the above, let this case be put up before learned District and Sessions Judge, District South, Saket, New Delhi on 10.01.2020 to assign it to some court of competent jurisdiction. The petition stands disposed of with aforesaid directions. BRIJESH SETHI, J DECEMBER 12, 2019 savita
