The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 27th September, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) 12775/2023, wherein this Court had directed the respondents to dispose of/ decide the Revision Petition dated 18th August, 2023 of the petitioner filed under Rule 29 of the Central Reserve Police Force Rules ("CRPF Rules"), 1955, within a period of three weeks from passing of the said order. 2.

Today, learned counsel for respondents submits that the order dated th September, 2023 has been complied with and the Revision Petition of the petitioner has already been decided.
