Petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 65/2019, registered at P.S. Dwarka, North, for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC.

Proceedings have already been quashed vide judgment dated 12.01.2026.

However, there is some inadvertent typographical error in para No. 10 as the FIR No. has been mentioned as "FIR No. 55/2019" instead of "FIR No. 65/2019" and the P.S. has been mentioned as "P.S. Dwarka, Delhi" instead of "P.S. Dwarka, North".

The correct details have, though, been mentioned in para No.1 in the abovesaid order.
