This Court, by order dated 22.08.2024 in CRL.M.C.4655/2024, has discharged the petitioners therein of all the offences in FIR No.265/2018. The petitioners therein are the respondents in the present petition which is filed by the prosecution challenging the order dated 13.07.2022 pursuant to which two of the respondents were discharged and the charges were framed only against Respondent No.1. The petitioners were discharged by order dated 22.08.2024 noting that the parties have settled their disputes and the complainant during her examination had stated that no such incident as alleged in the FIR had ever taken place.

In view of the order passed by this Court in CRL.M.C.4655/2024, the present petition has become infructuous. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
